Egoist Machines is infusing AI with a behavioral-control layer: infrastructure that lets one underlying intelligence express many reliable modes, workflows, and personalities without every use case needing its own model stack. We work where adapters, activation steering, memory, context, safety, evaluation, and product design meet, turning model behavior from something prompted and hoped for into something calibrated, observable, and dependable.

Our mission is to make AI behavior legible and shippable. We want developers to define how intelligent systems should show up, measure whether they actually do, and deploy those behaviors through a simpler service layer instead of stitching together bespoke fine-tunes, orchestration, evals, and monitoring.
